Refund Policy:

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

All returns subject to a 10% restocking fee

If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website.  Salt H2O Custom Tackle only grants use and access to this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

As a website user, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. 

You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. If there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.      

We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.  

Applicable law  

By using this website, you agree that the laws of The State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions or any dispute of any sort that might come between Salt H2O Custom Tackle and you, or its business partners and associates.  

Disputes  

Any dispute related to your use of this website or products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Fort Lauderdale. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.  

Indemnification  

You agree to indemnify SaltH2O Custom Tackle and its affiliates and hold Salt H2O Custom Tackle harmless against legal claims and demands arising from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our legal counsel.  

Limitation on liability  

Salt H2O Custom Tackle is not liable for any damages that may occur to you due to your misuse of our website.  

Salt H2O Custom Tackle reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Salt H2O Custom Tackle and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding using this website. 

Debit/Credit card transaction  

I authorize your use of my Debit/Credit card for this transaction. I am allowed to use this Credit/Debit card for this purpose.

Shipping:

Continental U.S. Saltwater Outfitting reserves the right to utilize any USPS service necessary to meet our delivery commitment. Note: Please assume a minimum processing time (from time of placement until order ships out) of 72 business hours (Monday-Friday). For example: If an order is placed on Monday, using Standard Delivery and assuming the item(s) are in-stock, it may not be processed and shipped until Thursday at which time you must allow 3-6 business days for delivery.
